By Ron Kujawski & Jennifer Kujawski. The key to gardening success is having a plan. Both beginning and experienced gardeners will benefit from this week-by-week plan for the growing season. Because the timing of gardening activities is largely determined by temperatures, this book bases the plan on the average date of last frost, which differs according to location.Intended to be used as a work book, it is spiral bound with pages for notes interspersed. 200 pages.

A very useful step by step guide to backyard gardening. The calendar may need to be adjusted for your zone. The calendar is based strictly from last frost of spring. Here in Zone 7 if you wen tby that calendar fall would be gin in mid August. The good news is that you fill in the dates based on your climate and everything is adjustable. It would be a great improvement if the calendar also included tasks before and after the first frost. Never the less, I would recommend it. It is so customizable and has loads of room for four years worth of notes. I willbe able to look back at everything I am learning.
