What are the pros? Ripened Early

What are the cons? none

Review:

These were the only tomatoes I grew last year, and they were GREAT! I grew them in 5 gallon buckets and they did great. I had some issues with blossom end rot until I started fertilizing and watering more consistently, so I'm positive I was the one to blame for that. They taste great fresh and were perfect sauteed on sauces or roasted with veggies. I had ripe tomatoes well before anyone else I know and so many on just 3 plants that I was giving them away and totally tomatoed out before they stopped producing! I am replanting this year for sure, but cutting back to 2 plants then adding in a slicer, though I haven't decided which variety yet.

What are the pros? Early and productive

What are the cons? Needs trimming constantly

Review:

The more you cut the more it spreads, even the leafs gets new sprouts on in the middle on the steam, and they double when cut, very wierd. The taste I would say is average, good but nothing special, I guss I had to high hopes. This fruits splited open alot during the hot summer. The best thing with this tomato is: Fast to mature, big harvest during the entire summer.

What are the pros? zuchinni-like enthusiasm

What are the cons? swamps other plants

Review:

This is INDETERMINATE, and will spread and take over an area. That said, you probably just need one to establish a robust saladette tomato patch that will pump out tomatoes from July through October.

What are the pros? Prolific, tasty tangy sauce

What are the cons? None.

Review:

I planted two of these little guys JUST to assure some small, on hand tomatoes for salads through the summer...and for that they were tasty and lovely. Just what I intended. Then they went completely bonkers and are attempting to repopulate the planet. Pounds and pounds of these things and they just keep on coming. So I decided to make sauce for dinner out of them. I know, I know, these aren’t sauce tomatoes. But I had so many of the little guys, and it was killing me feeding so many to the chickens (waste not want not), Total pain to mill these through the sieve to make a smooth sauce, but the flavor of these is utterly amazing. Bright, tangy and wonderful. I’ll grow more next year and the chickens won’t be getting any. I’m making more sauce out of these puppies.

What are the pros? Early. Extremely Productive

What are the cons? Thick Skins

Review:

These grew great up on the Canadian border in Zone 3. Extremely productive and kept producing all the way to the first frost. Only downside was tough skins but this was probably also why the fruit never cracked and had no pest of disease issues.
