Allium, Sphaerocephalon (10 bulbs)

Allium Sphaerocephalon (also known as Drumstick allium) Perennial in zones 4-8. This beautiful, egg-shaped, small-headed ornamental allium blooms deep purple. Small drumstick heads, just 1 inch in diameter, grow atop 2-foot stems. It blooms early summer and makes excellent, long-lasting cut flowers. This outstanding selection was the recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit.
