If you’ve had trouble growing cauliflower, try this amazing variety. It can be harvested either at the
“baby head” size or when fully mature at 10”. Brilliant white, self-blanching heads are covered by
large abundant wrapper leaves that protect them from sun, heat and cold; easy to grow in the North
or South. It keeps well in the field and is heavy bearing, so pick as needed and prepare for a large
harvest. Does well in wet, clay soil too! Approximately 75 days to maturity.

What are the pros? Strong plants, great heads

What are the cons? Long mature time

Review:

Very pleased. Beautiful heads, durable plants. We had very long, hot fall, even by Florida standards which is probably why they took so long to head. Plants tolerated the heat well. Brassicas can be tough to grow in this part of world. I will plant this variety again. Out performed broccoli in same garden area. We just experienced our wettest Dec. on record. Today Jan 2 71 F. 90" rain 2018

What are the pros? Produced good sized heads!

What are the cons? Takes a while for head to form

Review:

I've tried growing 3 other types of Cauliflower with results of little to no production. This is the first Cauliflower I've had good success with. Despite being a bit neglected (seldom watered or fertilized after the initial planting) and getting overrun by tomatillos that reseeded themselves I still got beautiful heads of Cauliflower on every plant. Around 7 inches diameter each. Takes slightly long for head to start growing but it then grows rather quickly! Definitely will be making this a regular staple of my garden growing.
