What are the pros? Beautiful and stunning

What are the cons? looooooooong maturity

Review:

I live in Eastern Oregon where the summers are quite hot and dry, first frost usually around 1st week of October. This gorgeous tomato was front and center and stunning, but as mentioned in other reviews was the last to mature. I was able to protect with a cloche as night temps dropped and they kept going for a little while. I also brought a few "almost" ripe inside and they did quite well. Overall my harvest was low despite so many on the vine :( If I grow this one again I'll start much earlier to give it a chance. Looks stunning in a salad. Overall flavor good, I would say the Stupice, Atomic Grape, and Early girls are more flavorful; but that's just my opinion.

What are the pros? Large amount of fruit

What are the cons? Long tmaturity

Review:

This tomato tastes very good. It has small to medium size fruit. ** It took an extremely long time for it to mature and it is hard to tell when it is ripe. When ripe, the green spot on the bottom turns red. I was somewhat disappointed in the lack of production thta would ripen at at one time.

What are the pros? love the deep black color

What are the cons? cracks easily

Review:

Really was excited to grow this for the first time. Beautiful purple tinged plants. Fruit looks gorgeous. Plants were really vigorous. Fruit set well, but not as heavily as my Dark Galaxy. Be consistent with your watering and don't over water this one, as it cracks very easily. Experienced growers should do really well with this one. Fruit is ripe when some red begins to show on the blossom end. Seemed to take longer to ripen than the other tomatoes that I grew, but worth the wait. Made the mistake of picking many to early, only to find green flesh. My soils are heavy clay that I did not amend. Will grow again next year with amended soils and heavier duty trellising.

What are the pros? tastes amazing, excellent germ

What are the cons? none

Review:

This tomato surprised many who walked into my garden. I had no idea what to expect, but this tomato the family couldn't get enough of. The size, flavour and yield was amazing. I was eating this tomato like an apple - not as acidic as red ones. It was saddening when the last one was picked off the vine.
