What are the cons? None
Growing these for the third season in our raised bed garden. The bushes are close to eight foot tall. Heavy production. Smallest fruit was over 12 oz, some cracking, mostly if not picked on time. Makes gourmet bruschetta and meaty enough for Salsa D'oro. One slice will easily cover a Kaiser roll or sandwich bread.
But they are the best right off the plant, with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
Looking forward to another lovely display. It's mid-January, so will be starting in a week for July start. Definitely recommend!
