What are the pros? Everything

What are the cons? hard finding the seeds now

Review:

I have been growing Cream of the Crop squash for several years. Only problem is that it is now difficult to find seeds!! It is my favorite of all. Mine are round, with almost flat tops and bottoms, with shallow defining grooves going from top to bottom. I stab them lightly in several places, microwave for a on medium for 10 minutes or so, until they have some 'give', then take them out and slice them in half top to bottom. Scrape out the seeds and fill the centers with, any combination of: butter, cheese, brown sugar, or whatever you want. Put them on a baking pan or rimmed sheet, and bake at whatever temp you want or are using for another dish. They take a bit of time, (not so picky..just until soft),so plan ahead...pinch or poke until they are soft. Put on serving plates, and eat away. Heck, I even eat the skins like potato skins with a dab of butter and salt! Growing is easy, vines ramble about and the squash keep on growing and maturing for weeks. Keep well in frig.
