Dakota Ivory Corn

Ivory-colored flour corn. Kernels are plump and surprisingly sweet. Harvested at the right time, this early variety makes a fair sweet corn, but it really shines in corn bread, polenta, and more. Bred in North Dakota from Native American stock, our seed is grown in Aroostook County in the far north of Maine, so you know it is a great choice for short season climates. 4-6’ plants make 1-2 ears each. Exceptional earliness combined with superior seedling vigor in cold soils.
