What are the pros? Crisp, tender, and mild

We've grown several varieties of kohlrabi (Superschmelz, Purple) and these are by far our favorites. This summer has been giving us tons of rain, which I think has really helped this variety shine. They are easy to peel and not woody. When cut into sticks, they are so crispy, juicy, and mild. We like to shred them and incorporate them into cole slaw. They are great tossed in coconut oil and roasted in the oven - so sweet and tender. My kids are running out to the garden to pick more right now! We will definitely grow these again.
