This is an excellent pepper for stir frys. Since it's pretty thin, it cooks up quickly and very nicely. If picked early while green it's not that hot. When left to ripen fully on the plant, it's quite a hot pepper. Not too hot that you can't eat it, but still potent. For about a month one fully grown plant may give you up to 50 peppers. Plan to grow again next year!
