This beautiful variety has medium-large blooms in shades of burgundy, rust, bronze, bright yellow and crimson, with many being bicolored. The 7' plants produce many flowers over a long season. This is one of my favorite varieties. Gorgeous!

What are the pros? Easy to grow

What are the cons? Colors not as expected

Review:

These finally bloomed after a slower than usual season here this year. The bees are loving them, but I have to say that I am disappointed that all of the flowers are solid yellow and not the color variation that I was hoping for.

What are the pros? Big and beautiful

What are the cons? None looked like the photos

Review:

I started these indoors and moved them outdoors later like the package suggested, but those plants were struggling and not getting very big. I took the rest of my seeds and just raked them into the top soil in my yard and those took off! My tallest one is 10 feet, and all the ones I started in the ground got to be at least 7 feet. Seeds that I started indoors and transplanted outside never got to be above about 5 feet tall. None of my seeds look like the photos provided, but there is a variety of colors and they are all beautiful. Will buy more next year!

What are the pros? Gorgeous, tall, prolific

What are the cons? None.

Review:

My daughter and I planted these directly in the ground. She has been thrilled to see such gorgeous tall plants! They are easily 7-8 feet tall, and I can't reach the top flowers. The bees, birds, and squirrels have been happy, as are my neighbors, who have been receiving cut flowers. I have many different colors. I'll definitely plant these again!

What are the pros? Good looking flowers

What are the cons? No different blooms

Review:

These are nice looking flowers, and mine are more like 10' tall instead of 7. The advertisement showed a few different kinds of flowers: some red, some yellow and red... I saw at least 4 or 5 different kinds. I have 6 planted, and so far they're all yellow with red toward the inside. I was hoping for one of the red ones. I guess I'll have to plant a bunch next time.

What are the pros? Beautiful

What are the cons? Seems weak when starting out

Review:

This flower is amazing! It's absolutely beautiful. U grew some in my garden, and some in a large pot on my deck. The ones in the large pot did a lot better. The downside: they were very week when they were just sprouting. I wasn't sure that they were going to even stand up! But working with them gently, they continued to grow and as they grew, became much stronger. I will definitely grow more next year.
