What are the pros? Strong in heat

What are the cons? Fragile

Only tried this in the 5 month drought of 2016. May be from southern France as it had no issue with intense heat and dry. Germinated stronger than competators (Luxury, Sweetmeat, and Beppo). Could be season stress but trunk was completely hollowed out at the ground, yet had no effect on the growth. may be because it drops sharp roots along the vine. I suspect the hollowing stem-rot, and I hear the warting, are a result of the high sugar content. Yet with little rain, it ran 12ft or more and produced 5-7 modest fruit, about 12in in diameter. As season was hard, some were pale, and I believe the natural flesh is rich orange. There was mild frost, but before anything severe, two ripe, picked fruits had collapsed into mush. Suspect not enough maturity, hardening off, but still indicates it's very fragile, preferring Mediterranian heat and no frost. Distinctive appearance remarked on by the neighbors. Recommend but know its limitations.
