What are the pros? taste, size, appearance,
What are the cons? peeling skin (easier to bake)
Great squash, grew this kind last summer and we still have several. They keep very well with no care. We have a 23 lb squash that is still in great shape (and totally beautiful) and a few smaller ones as well. Peeling these is a pain due to the warts and they are very juicy so not ideal to boil. I find it's best to bake, skin on, and then the flesh comes easily off the skin.
