What are the pros? Something new

What are the cons? none

I am always looking for new varieties of veggies. Different years I seem to prefer one kind or another-- yellow or green. This year it is yellow and I am liking these because they have produced better than my yellow crooknecks, although I have not given them a great deal of care. They did come on a few days later but that was not a problem. I was not sure exactly when to pick them because the photo in the catalog shows them more orange in color which gave them more of a gourd taste. But once I began to pick them smaller (yellow in color) the quality of flavor was very good. Because they produce heavily and have done much better then my crooknecks, I am finding this particular squash a winner for the year. I will plan to grow these again next year and introduce them at my farmers markets. Thanks again Baker Creek for bringing us something different!!
