We are sad to see the end of the season on this one and our 2nd year of growing. One plant produced over 30 lbs of beautiful squash. Exceptional flavor and a favorite over any yellow squash. Simply slice 1/2 to 3/4" pieces and brown in a little butter, touch of s&p... oh my... in our frittatas too.
