What are the pros? Flavor, Hardy, No Bitter taste
What are the cons? None
This year is the first year growing the Giant Noble spinach.
It is a very good spinach. leaves are large and thick. They are not tough but not real tender either. The flavor is very pleasant with a hint of bitter herb, but nothing like a kale.
I will be planting this one again next year.
I planted this in late summer this year and it is still growing fantastic after a couple weeks of nights well below freezing.
This Giant Noble spinach has been buried under a few inches of snow twice since the beginning of October.
I am in zone 3, Northwest Minnesota.
Today is 28-October-2018.
I invite anyone living in a cold climate who enjoys spinach to give this one a try. I am very pleased with the hardiness and flavor of this spinach.
