Review:

I don't know what happened here, as all the reviews of this tomato are fantastic. On the two plants that I finally set out in the garden (zone 6a), both grew large and healthy (like all my tomatoes this year). One plant had yellow tomatoes with very little red in them, and the other had all solid yellow tomatoes with lemon-colored flesh - beautiful, round smooth tomatoes, but solid yellow. Not at all what I was expecting. All were healthy and looked wonderful, but were virtually tasteless. Everyone who tried them claimed they were bland. Indeed they were. Very disappointing. Perhaps I just got a bad batch of seeds, but I'm not willing to try them again. Back to Golden Jubilee for yellow, and Mr. Stripey (which I don't see offered in this catalog) for striped.
