What are the pros? Great tasting beets and greens
What are the cons? Slow to mature, not all grew
These are great beets overall, and I'd consider growing them just for the greens. I steamed the beets and the taste was good, sweet. I sauteed the greens with garlic and olive oil and they taste better than kale, Swiss chard, and other greens I've tried. Some of the beets didn't develop a bulging root though.
