Yeah we don't use this for callalo. Callalo is made from the leaves of the taro. In Trinidad this is called Bhaji and it is used instead of spinach. Its cooked with rice and salted pork, or cooked with lots of garlic and salt and eaten with rice or as a side to curry dishes.
