What are the pros? Heavy producer, great taste
What are the cons? None
I love growing tomatoes but do not care so much to eat them, and my wife hates eating tomatoes. That being said, we could not get enough of these green bicolored gems!! Our preferred method was to coat them in Italian breadcrumbs and fry in olive oil. Then we would top with melted mozzarella cheese and fresh basil from the garden. Mouth watering goodness! A single plant kept us fairly well, but will be planting multiples this year. Will be a staple of my garden from now on. Great production and holding on the vine without cracking for me. My sole plant was in a raised squarefoot garden on the south side of a brick wall. A ton of heat and sun, and often not enough moisture. These conditions did not slow the Green Zebras down. A great addition to any garden.

What are the pros? taste, easy to grow
What are the cons? very small fruits
I love this little tomato. However, when the fruits first started ripening the taste was unimpressive. Not good. Not bad. I was very disappointed. I even considered chopping the plants down. But, two weeks later, the ripened fruits became absolutely delicious. Sweet, tart, acidic and complex. Not a good tomato for those with GERD. The fruits are small ranging from 2-2.4" in diameter. But there are TONS of them on each plant. GZ is extremely prolific. They make fabulous juice! I've canned 6 qts. of GZ juice thus far. Pick fruits one day after they just start to turn yellow. Overripe fruits will be yucky.

What are the pros? Tasty, drought tolerant
What are the cons? Not super productive
Plants didn't get very big or produce heavily but the fruits were a good size and tasted great. I've never been that fond of tomatoes but these were pretty good.
What are the pros? Great under many conditions
This tomato did well when we received too much water and many varieties started to rot. This also did well under typical dry conditions. Very impressed with the versatility.

What are the pros? Easy to grow, tasty
What are the cons? none!
Flavor very much reminds me of a green apple, that sweet/sour flavor with an apple like crunch! Love these on salads and they keep well in fall when brought in before frost. I ate the last one at Thanksgiving!
