What are the pros? Beautiful corn

What are the cons? None

I planted the Hopi Purple in mid-April in the midst of a very wet, warm spring here in SE Virginia. I had a problem with squirrels rooting up young plants, which was personally devastating as you can imagine. I replanted, told my kids to chase squirrels, and the Hopi Purple did wonderful. As expected, I battled some bugs through the hot, humid summer but the corn did just fine as I kept an eye on it and personally made the bug's lives miserable, and worse. These Hopi Purple are beautiful ears of corn and I let them dry and then ground them into corn flour to make blueberry corn muffins and purple cornbread through the fall and winter. I am a big fan of this corn and looking forward to planting again.
