(C. sulphureus) Beautiful and tasty. Popular in Indonesian cuisine and is used as a garnish. The lovely 3” flowers are bright yellow and orange; this variety blooms over a long season and is very colorful.

What are the pros? Gorgeous, tons of flowers

What are the cons? None

Review:

This is my first time ever planting flowers and they came up beautifully. Tons of blooms even though I didn't deadhead them. Tall too which I like Also having ordered from several different sites online, I'd like to comment on how much I love rareseeds free shipping and packaging. It makes all the difference. When I receive seeds from sites (shall remain nameless) in plain envelopes and just text, I'm not nearly as excited to plant or collect the packets.

Grew these for the first time this year. I love them. Super cute and one of the first of my collection of cosmos to bloom. Will grow again next year!

Review:

I've grown Bright Lights Cosmos for two years now as a border for my garden. I'm trying to figure out if there is any difference between These Indonesian cosmos and Bright Lights. They are both sulphureus and the pictures look identical. The comments from others sounded like the growth habits are the same. Anyone want to weigh in on this.? I would like to know if Bright Lights Cosmos are edible. They reseed really well. You will like these if you like Cosmos, which of course I do.

What are the pros? Delicate looking but hardy

What are the cons? What's to dislike

Review:

I super loved these! They grew slow and steady for me but that's just how things grow here in kentucky. Not like florida.I found them tall and stunning, they made an attractive salad add on. I keep trying to top the pretty salads I make every year. It's been alot of fun buying from you guys . You have great germination rates, and a big selection.

Review:

I planted 12 Indonesian Kennikura seeds as soon as they arrived in early March, and had a 100% germination rate. By the end of the month, they were only 3 inches tall, and had one tiny bud on each one. I was dissapointed at first because the first tiny flower bloomed, and then they just sat there... for weeks! One day I was tired of them taking up bed space and was about to pull them up, when I noticed they were starting to sprout a few tiny new shoots, and so I thought, why don't I give them another few weeks... I'm sure glad that I did! Those new shoots quickly grew into large, 3 foot tall plants, and are now, three months later, still covered in beautiful huge blooms with no signs of slowing down! You will not be disappointed!
