What are the pros? Deep Complex Flavours Low Heat
What are the cons? Not a lot really
Loved this pepper, has fantastic flavour and interesting textures too. I could use this as a sweet pepper because it has very little heat and its also a pepper I could eat everyday really. It would work great in a salad I think but I ate all my straight off the vines fresh. I've ordered another packet this year even though I had loads left from last year. I plan to load up a pollytunnel with them and then pickle. Give them plenty of water and they have a better thicker juicier skin with makes for a better texture. That said they survive draught well too. I believe I will grow this variety now from here on in.
