What are the pros? Germinates if done right
What are the cons? May be fussy for newcomers
I think I’ve found the trick to get these to germinate! I followed the instructions, but added my own twist. Instead of keeping the seeds in the fridge for 6 weeks, I left them in for 8. I then prepared my peat pellets by pouring boiling water over them. When the peat was still warm (but not hot), I planted the seeds, covering very slightly. I then watered them using a drop of superthrive. I set the pellets in a Nanodome, making sure to use a heat mat. I saw germination in... yes... A DAY. After a few days I brought them a few inches from the light.
I haven’t put them outside yet. I hope they’ll continue to perform!
