Developed in 1883 by Ohio tomato breeder Alexander Livingston. This beautiful 4-inch diameter scarlet tomato was once considered one of the most handsome of all Victorian tomatoes. Begins to produce in 90 days but yields heaviest during mid-season. The rich, fruity flavor is still a winner with chefs, excellent for canning and sauces. Through careful selection we have eliminated the pithiness that is common in most surviving strains of this variety.
