What are the pros? Grows easily, great dried, too
What are the cons? NONE
Marjoram will become leggy if grown indoors too long, so best started near outdoor planting season or direct seeded. Mine reseeds itself yearly! It holds its flavor beautifully when air dried--unlike the stuff from the stores. It was great to find out that this was JUST as good dried as fresh. A must have in my garden!

What are the pros? good flavour
What are the cons? none so far
Directly sowed these into my garden late last spring and had all but forgotten about them when they started to grow, but they grew pretty quickly after that. I dug plant out and wintered in in a pot inside. It survived the winter very well and is growing nicely now that it's warming up a bit. The plants flowered and seeded as well. I'll keep an eye out to see if any of the seeds sprout up in my yard again this year.

What are the cons?
The germination speed and quality was good, but once the plant got started it became fantastic. Excellent color, smell and size.
