What are the pros? Compact size
What are the cons? no dislikes
I started seeds indoors and transplanted to my raised-bed garden in early May. Spring 2015 was colder and rainier than usual and the plants started slowly. Once the weather warmed they grew nicely. The 5 compact plants continuously produced lots of peppers. I used both green and yellow peppers in cooking and for eating raw. I also diced and froze several quart size bags and made 6 pints of sweet pepper chutney. They were a bit slow to turn yellow on the plant. (Or maybe I was impatient!) At the end of October I picked whatever was left and pulled the plants. I have a few fresh peppers waiting to be used in mid. December.
