What are the pros? Easy to grow, color variation
What are the cons? None
I've never grown zinnias before, and I agonized over these way more than necessary. I planted starts, but I have a feeling I could throw these in some dirt, cover them loosely, and they'd be just fine. They're all blooming beautifully (I'd say germination was about 90-95%) and I love the variety in the mix. Some are giant, cushion-like poufs, others are more modest in petals but have rich, bold colors. I'll be planting more of these and other zinnia varieties next summer.

What are the cons? Zinnia was tiny and not what I
The zinnia was tiny and not like described

What are the pros? Ombre flowers
What are the cons? Not as heat/drought tolerant
Beautiful range of pinks with an ombre effect. Description says "scarlet" but they're definitely more magenta with cream. Some aren't double-petaled but overall it's a great mix with lots of depth of color and texture. Direct sowed in mid-March and let them go until they died in late September (my other zinnias went until December). These are gorgeous but seem to be less heat and drought tolerant than the Redman Super Cactus (my favorite zinnias) and some of the giants. These weren't looking so great by August in our zone 9a garden but perked up again after we got the dregs of Hurricane Harvey (30 degree temperature drop to 70s and 10" of rain). Would probably do better in more temperate climates. Will still plant again because I love the colors.

What are the pros? variety of colors, blooms
What are the cons? none
This flower is amazing. I have 3 plants growing next to some chard and they played nice all summer. I started from seed in early May and by the end of June they were flowering. they've had nonstop flowers on the plants since then and it's 9/14/2016 today. (we had a dry summer and they sorta looked bad for 3 weeks in early Aug) each plant has had lots of flowers and each flower has a multitude of different hues of pink, red, and white. Mine are slightly darker than the ones pictured above. Almost everyone who came into my garden said "Wow! what are those?" I'll grow these again for sure.
