What are the pros? early, white

What are the cons? suspectible to peronospora

Review:

It is early in our climate, 46 days from germination to harvest, at the same level with standards "Muromskiy 36", "Elektron 2" and "Early Russian". But this cucumber, like most of them, is not resistant to peronospora (resistant standards are "Elektron 2" and "Vodopad"), So it cannot grow and yeld in autumn. It died early...

Review:

These white cucumbers were easy to grow and delicious. They stayed nice and crisp when pickled. They are also great tasting fresh. I will be growing them again.

Review:

Really love this cucumber, we grow them both for pickling (raw fermenting) and using fresh. Have noticed that the first 2-3 cucumbers are kinda bitter but then the bitterness is gone and the rest of the cucs have a really delicious, crunchy flavour. They grow well outdoors here in the generally cool and wet Irish summer and they even grow better during occasional heat waves, too. Really love the size, just pick one per person for a sandwich for example, no need to store leftovers in the fridge, can always use fresh ones. Last year we grew 8 different cucumber varieties and the mini white was the best, this year we are growing 4 different varieties of cucumbers and again this mini white is the best, so i think we have finished experimenting with cucumbers and will just stick to this one. :-)

What are the pros? Easy to grow

Review:

Super easy to grow and very productive. Planted 4 but should have planted more (wasn’t sure how they would turn out). My children love picking them right off the vine and munching on them once they remove the tiny black spines. Will be a regular in my garden as well as my container garden. I think it would make a great market cucumber for farmers market.

Review:

Great cucumbers for snacks, salads, and crudit?s. A staple for my garden for years to come. Like other reviewers have noted they have a wonderful taste, no bitterness, and don't require any peeling due to their thin skins. Highly recommend!
