Mizuna, Japanese Red Mustard
25-45 days. This peppery mustard green that is beloved in Japan and commonly found in gourmet salad mix. The frilly, lace-like foliage packs loads of zippy hot flavor, and is excellent added to salads, soups and stir fry. A reliable variety for the farmer or gardener. It can be sowed densely (1 inch apart) and harvested many times for baby greens (25 days) or thinned to 4-6 inches apart and allowed to mature to full size (about 36 inches mature height).
