(Tagetes erecta) Large, deep-orange flowers are 4” across, very striking and beautiful. Plants grow to 3’. Orange Hawaii is used as a natural feed additive to brighten the yolks of eggs.

What are the pros? Great seeds

What are the cons? Basic flowers on a giant plant

Review:

I was hoping for more giant flowers than giant plant. These have regular sized blooms (that are somewhat sparse) on a gigantic and dense plant. I put them in with my tomatoes, and they started eclipsing the neighbors. I'm sure these are great for some uses, but I didn't care for them in the veg beds. Top notch seeds though, almost all of them germinated.

What are the pros? Easy to grow

Review:

These marigolds are no joke. Mine grew at least 3 feet tall and quite wide and branching as well. I did the same as the other reviewer. Grew them among my tomato plants. Looks gorgeous. Highly recommend.

What are the pros? Multiple uses!

What are the cons? none

Review:

These are amazing flowers! Every single seed I planted germinated and made it to flowering stage and is still going strong. I inter-planted these with my tomatoes to prevent bugs, I can feed the blooms to my chickens, and the stems are long enough for cutting. These are beautiful flowers that are easy to grow and serve multiple purposes. I will be growing these every year! They look great in the tomato bed!

Review:

WOW! These grow so large and are very beautiful. I was able to save a ton of seed and give away a ton of seed. The greenery takes a lot space, so if you need a fill in flower, this is the one to use. Many, many flower heads from one plant alone! It seems to just keep growing.
