Review:

I planted them for the blooms to make healing skin oil. During the summer they started blooming, and very soon the blooms were eaten, leaving bare stems. I didn't see the culprits, but assume it was blister beetles. After that I managed to keep them from getting eaten by covering with a screened cage. But then fall arrived, and they are wonderful. It's December, they are still blooming, and nothing is eating the buds and blooms now. When temps in November got down to the low 20s (very rare here in Texas), I covered them with the same cage covered with frost blanket instead of screen. They might not even have needed that. They are thriving in the cold weather. Even though they were getting munched, I still gave them 5 stars because they are perfect otherwise. I will grow them every year.
