What are the pros? great addition to salad

I grew this out of curiosity, not really knowing what I would do with it. It ended up a consistent producer of tasty greens we mixed in with lettuce, komatsuna, tatsoi, spinach and other greens for salad. We never cooked it, except for the little blooms, which ended up steamed along with rapini. It grows very fast and is productive, especially compared to lettuce or spinach, and tolerates some serious cold (a couple of nights down to about 17 degrees and it's still growing), but flowers before getting very big. It's a very useful green which I'll keep growing to bulk up the spring and fall salad bowl.
