75 days. A Roman heirloom that was sent to us by Mr. Barbetti, from Italy. The fruits are large and are deep red, with almost a purple tint. The flesh is very rich, flavorful, and juicy. An excellent tomato for home and market gardeners; very rare and delicious.

This variety came down with a severe early blight infection that none of my other varieties batted an eye at.

Review:

This tomato is really great. Produced a lot. All my tomatoes hybridized with each other this year, but even the ones that hybridized with this one were all super great. Highly recommend. I have about 40 lbs of sauce in my freezer right now. Really nice tomato. Can't wait to grow more of these next year.

Review:

These are my favorite tomatoes! The flavor is excellent and they are always the first beefsteak variety to set fruit. The tomatoes are huge, too- 400-500 grams
