What are the pros? Tastes very similar to spinach

This has been a solid performer for me. It germinates and grows quickly, tolerates the summer heat, is less bitter than chard, and tastes very much like spinach. The bugs seem to prefer other plants, so it's leaves stay intact and bug free. I love this green! I even use the stalks from the larger leaves in stir fry. I am surprised this veggie hasn't become more popular-it is a great green for summer when most greens give up in the heat.
