80 days. This 4 ounce gem is pinkish-wine colored with meltallic green stripes. A great producer and is a definite winner if you want a smaller, juicy, sweet tomato.

What are the pros? Fairly tasty

What are the cons? Inconsistency

Review:

I was looking forward to these 4 oz yummers, and they are delicious, no doubt! However, I have yet to get one that weighs more than 1.75 oz. And there is a fine line between "mmm, that's good" and "omg, that's too pithy to eat". When it's good, it's ah-maze-zing. If it's pithy, you might as well be eating the grass in your yard. They are inconsistent and not nearly the size they are purported to be. I will not grow them again next year, but everyone should try them at least once because of the flavor.

What are the pros? Flavor

What are the cons? Ripening time

Review:

This is extremely unique with regards to flavor. It's tangy and smoky flavored. Imagine that for a while. Not too much sweetness like a pink brandywine. Just a different taste overall. The skin is translucent which is very cool. So it has green streaks with clear skin. The redness that you see in the photo is the color of the actual flesh. Plant did well for me in hot Texas, proving again that you can grow non-hybrids in Texas. I recommend this to all tomato lovers for the unique taste.

What are the pros? Taste, Versatile, Easy to grow

What are the cons? Cracks

Review:

Grew a few different varieties is this year and by far these are on my grow again list. These tomatoes are great on pizzas, sandwiches and fresh eating. This tomatoe does it all ! One dislike is that they crack:( but it seems to be limited to the tops and they seem to recover from the cracks so other then not being perfect in appearance, it's a great tomatoe!! Definitely will be growing them from now on.

I gave this variety a try this year as a change from my usual go-tos and was very pleasantly surprised. They are prettier than the pictures, and very delicious- particularly good for fresh eating!
