What are the pros? Tasty

What are the cons? Spotty germination & productio

Review:

This is in the same part of the garden as my other lettuces that are doing very well (Devil’s Ear and Yedikule) but the germination and production just hasn’t been great for me. Maybe it’s just not the best for North Texas. The plants I have gottten from this blend are still pretty small, comparatively. The taste is good, but I think I’ll keep looking for a red lettuce that does better for me.

Review:

Fantastic little seed blend here. It grew very quickly and with a lot of variety. I ended up making more space in my beds for this delicious lettuce. I highly recommend this, to anyone, but especially people new to gardening. This is great to add to a side salad, or use on top of burgers as we like to do. Stands up to the heat like a champ as well. In the early Michigan spring we had a few 95 degree days and this didn't miss a beat. 10/10, this will be in my garden every year.

Review:

This might be the easiest thing I have ever grown. I literally just threw the seed into a raised bed that I had cleared for winter. The lettuce grew like a weed (in a good way). I did zero work and ended up with enough salad to get us through the winter. We had a couple of hard freezes and the leaves held up well with minimal covering. The lettuce itself had excellent flavor. I shared greens with many friends, all to rave reviews. I will be repurchasing this for next winter.

Review:

I was so impressed with this mix. I heard growing lettuce in the North Texas heat was difficult, but this lettuce has been so easy! I direct sowed (raked in on the top soil & watered). Planted in the part of the garden that gets late afternoon shade. We had flooding rains shortly after planting and high heat this summer and it has thrived. Been harvesting lettuce all summer long. Just tear off the lettuce tops and they keep regrowing. Very low maintenance.
