What are the pros? Prolific

What are the cons? Very prolific :)

I planted these in mid-fall 2014, and they produced very well throughout the mild winter. They are still powering along (it's now the end of March 2015), and I'm doing everything I can to not waste the prolific crop. They are mildly bitter when raw, they saut? very well, and go with everything. I have also fermented a fair bit of them as salt-brine pickles, and the flavor is mildly smoky and oceanic, like dried seaweed. Very easy to grow. Tolerates negligent and inconsistent watering. When well-thinned, the heads get very large and bulky. Impressive and beautiful to look at. It's a must that you LOVE endives if you're considering growing this fuss-free variety.
