I have grown these Peppers for 2 years. We love these Peppers we never ever get to red stage. They are semi hot I would say. Sometimes one will be very hot and then others just right .. we eat these practically with every meal. I am overwintering 4 plants and these plants are still flowering and producing peppers. I tell you can't ask for a better flavored and productive pepper. I have kept seeds and gave to lots of friends. Easy to germinated. I've pickled, used in salsa, saute in with onions for a great addition to pork, beef or chicken. Just an overall Great Pepper. Zone 7a.
