Popular European radish that matures in just 18 days; wow, they are quick! The earliest radish we have grown. Bright red, smooth, round, perfect globes are crisp and delicious. Pretty and productive. Ready when tops are just 4” tall!

Review:

People have always told me that radishes are easy to grow in containers. After 3 years of trying to grow other local store purchased varieties and failing, I ordered these seeds based on the reviews indicating other found success with them. These are amazing. They grew in my containers quickly with no problems at all. They produce beautiful and tasty little leaves too. I have a harvested after just 1 month and will replant more. I'll never buy any other radish variety ever again. A previous review said they are "stupid easy to grow". I completely agree. You can't fail with these.

So, If you want to feel like an expert gardener, grow these. They are stupid easy, grow fast, and seem to thrive pretty much anywhere we have planted them. Super super easy and really tasty too. Not as spicy as some of the other varieties either.

Review:

I grew these both outdoors and in my sun room in the winter. They took longer than 3 weeks when I grew them inside with short winter days and no grow lights, but they were so fresh and were a delicious treat in the winter. When I planted them outside, they were very quick to maturity. I was very satisfied with these. I'd recommend these as your first planting of radishes so you get a quick reward in the spring. I prefer crazier varieties of radishes through the late spring/summer, but these will make you happy quick.

Review:

Success at last! I've always had terrible luck with root veggies, radishes in particular. This time, I planted Saxas early and watched them sprout quickly. Thanks to plentiful rain, they formed 1-1 1/2 inch bulbs which came out tender with a little spicy kick. Great for first-time radish growers!
