What are the cons? Relative productivity
I garden for high end restaurant chefs. They loved its taste and many noted its mineral and herbal notes. Not overly productive for us in 2015 but it was a truely shitty year for everything... we had to postpone chefs visits to the garden for the whole month of August because of all the cold and rain, so my appreciation of its productivity is only so so....
Well worth growing if only for its superior tadte
