This incredible yielding, very old ,white sweet corn
produces as many as six ears per stalk! The small
kernels are meaty, tender, and bear excellent flavor.
Slender, narrow ears have 10 rows of kernels. As
a child, Jere was introduced to this variety in the
colorful seed catalogs of the early 1980s, but it soon
disappeared. It was found in a collection from Horus
Botanicals, which we inherited along with 2000 other
seed varieties from the family of the late, great Blane
Bourgeois of Salem, AR. Produces in about 90 days.
