Annual. Spikes of richly fragrant flowers in jewel tones and pastels--cream, yellows, reds, pinks and purples, reach a foot tall or sometimes larger. The single to double blooms are densely arranged along the stems, and the petals are very deeply pleated and full. Makes a superb cut flower! This versatile, old-time cottage garden favorite is excellent for edging borders, bedding, and window boxes. Fast and easy from seed.

What are the pros? Pretty, was to grow

What are the cons? Single flowers

Review:

Like the other reviews, I got single flowers on all but one plant. I much prefer the doubles to the singles. I don't know why they don't grow as doubles. Other than that, they were nice plants that grew well. I'm saving some of the seeds as I have a lot of them.

What are the pros? color variety

What are the cons? no double flowers

Review:

I found these easy to grow and love the variety of colors. I planted 6 in my garden and all 6 ended up being different colors. However, all 6 are single blooms, none were doubles as pictured.

What are the pros? easy to grow

What are the cons? not so attactive

Review:

It germinates well, grows fast and strong. It is a mix of many vibrant colors. However amount the ~20 plants that flowered so far, all are single petal. Not as pictured. I do understand that stocks are usually a mixture of single and double. The seeds I got from another store give ~70% double flowers. But this one is single only. A little disappointed. They should let the customer know this in the description.
