Celosia & Cockscomb Seeds

(Celosia spp.) Celosia greens should be used cooked and not raw. These great flowers are useful in garden borders or between taller plants to add spikes of color. Rich in flavor and nutrition, the young leaves are an excellent substitute for spinach, but it will grow in the heat of summer! Great sautéed, boiled, and in soups. The flowers make wonderful tea and drinks!
