(Tritcum dicoccum) Averages 90-95 days to maturity. A gorgeous dusty blue-seeded wheat flour that is incredible for floral design, landscaping and of course, eating! The robust, 4-foot-tall plants produce lightly blue seeds and heads which can be eaten as a whole grain or milled into a flour.
