A perfected baby bok choy that is popular with market gardeners in China for its fabulous flavor and high quality heads. A superior variety in every way, the crisp and tender heads are tightly packed and remain scrumptious, even as the leaves bolt resistance, as well as heat and cold tolerance.

Review:

I had 100% germination they and grew wonderfully both in containers and the garden. Very hard and delicious. So glad I tried these, I'll be growing them yearly now!

What are the pros? Fast germination, lovely heads

What are the cons? None

Review:

What can I say? These sprouted in 48 hours, I planted the the seedlings in a brand new garden bed with very few amendments and they grew like weeds, quickly filling up the space. I have them spaced fairly close, but the heads are still growing large and lovely. I expected some pest damage or failure of some kind but nothing has stopped their vigor. I planted a 72 cell with 72 seeds and ended up with 72 plants to transplant! The flavor is delicious. Fresh eating, sauteing, and turning into kimchi. Good all around bok choy. I highly recommend.

What are the pros? 100% germination

Review:

Keep a close eye on these. The packet says 10-14 days to germination, but mine were up in 4.5 days planted in equal parts peat, sifted mulch, and vermiculite.
