What are the pros? Stunning, large
What are the cons? none
I tested some that were sowed thickly without thinning and some that I thinned to only one plant every few feet. The ones that were not thinned did not get very big. The ones with plenty of space got HUGE. Lasted a long time in the garden. They dry very well, hold beautiful color and make long lasting interesting dried flower arrangements. Thousands of seeds on every stem. I have heard they reseed themselves to point of almost a nuisance if you don't like them. I love these and will grow them every year.
