Big, abundant fruit on a tall, sturdy large-leafed plant. I was dubious about how much use we could get out of these, as we're not people who like heat for heat's sake. They're pretty hot, but a single fruit provides nice, even heat if chopped into a slow cooker meal or roasted and blended into pumpkin soup. It really does have a nice citrus fruitiness! Like other chinense peppers, it matured late in the season, so start them early.
