What are the pros? Easy no nonsense planting

What are the cons? Awaiting harvest

Review:

I picked a small shed around which to plant, surrounding all but the door facing the southwest in full sun. Planted spring 2017 for a very high germination rate. These guys like where I put them and like to grow—I was tempted to harvest at least a couple of stalks at the end of July! (I restrained myself). The shed offers a bit of shade in summer, and a bit of protection from wind in winter, so I'll be able to see how well they all do. Bedded them down for winter with a thick layer of straw and they are all sticking their heads up to see the sky, despite getting snowed upon (first week of April 2018). Am looking forward to rhubarb pie this summer!
