What are the pros? Flavor & low acicity

What are the cons? everything else

Review:

Let's qualify...Petaluma had 80-95 degree days this summer but the nights are 50-55, some Tomatoes just don't like this. I grew Pink B.Tie dye, SolarFlare, Tigerella, Rutgers, & Legend in close proximity with great success and high yields, all late season. W.Peach will not be revisited. 1st, the green fruit are as soft as when they turn yellow, so it is difficult to know when to pick. The calyx on the stem does not snap free when fruit are ripe, which is normally an indicator for harvest, so you break many. Use a scissors! By the time mine turned the peachy color they were way overripe and total mush. They must be eaten immediately after harvest and do not store well. If I managed to pick a couple at the correct time, the taste is quite Remarkable, but not interesting enough to waste the space on this giant frustrating sprawler. My yield was very low, but that could be temp or pollinator problem as others don't report this. Overall disappointing. With so many good reviews I was bummed.

What are the pros? Easy to grow & delicious

What are the cons? I loved everything about them.

Review:

I'll never have another garden without these in it. We grew them for the first time this past summer & not only was the yield great, they had a unique taste. I ate them everyday. Looking forward to growing them again this spring.

What are the pros? Unique flavor and appearance

What are the cons? Easily overripens

Review:

What a tomato! If you are looking for something unique, this is a tomato to try. It has not only a unique appearance with a little "fuzz" (but not enough that you wouldn't want to eat it) but the flavor is totally unique, too. I can't say it is my absolute favor flavor for a tomato, but it is good and as I said, unique. I had decent production for an heirloom on the two plants I grew this year. They have been producing small yellow tomatoes for over a month for me. Keep this one picked because tomatoes don't last on the vine. In fact, if I tried to pick overripe tomatoes, I ended up pulling off the skin and leaving the "guts" on the vine. This one will probably become a standard in my garden.

What are the pros? Unique Flavor, Good Size

What are the cons? Chewy Skin, Poor Production

Review:

Of the 5 varieties we have these are one of our least productive despite having one of the sunniest locations. This plant stood up well against our microbursts in its cage, but struggle a bit more with the heat. Fruit ripen slower than other cherry varieties, but most likely because the fruit size is about twice that of our other cherries. Taste testers enjoyed the unique, fruity flavor, but most complained about the thick chewy skin.

What are the pros? Different

What are the cons? Not a great tomato

Review:

When just ripe, this is a decent tomato. But this is not a variety that you can let sit on the vine. It gets old and worsens in flavor the longer it sits. The fuzz and color are interesting, but not a tomato I plan to try again. Near the end of the season you do get quite a bit, but if you are not picking them right when they are at their prime then you are left with poor tasting tomatoes. When harvesting all my other tomatoes one last time I ended with many amazing flavors, but I ended up throwing all of this variety out - they were gross.
